Exchanges And Returns
Uscoachbuy gladly accepts returns on apparel within 180 days from the time your order is shipped.Items must have all original tags attached and will not be accepted if they have been worn, altered,washed,or damaged. Uscoachbuy issues store credit for all returns.

Please note:
1)All returns must bear the return freight and are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
2)All cancellations are subject to a 15% Processing fee.
Where the item(s) is faulty or not as per ordered, we will provide a replacement/repair at no cost to the customer.
Claiming the feeling of the products different from the imagination,will not be taken as a reason for return or refund.
Please note, that because sheepskin and leather are natural products,small marks cannot be considered a manufacturing fault.Such marks will not affect the performance of the footwear.
The most importance : Pls contact us for the return address befor you sent back the package,and you must info us the tracking number and tracking link in time,if there is no return tracking number,we will not give refund or replace.
Nobody Sign
The package usually take 7-10 business days to your doors.if nobody to sign for the parcel when it arrived at your kept in the local post station for some days and returned to us.we will give you refund,but the refund will loss $30 or 30%(Total price over $100 will loss 30%).
When we ship out your items,we will post the tracking number on our store ,you can find it at " Order Inquiry" . Pls remember your order number and tracking numbers, they are very important.
